The firm SANTONS FOUQUE, since 4 generations, are pleased to offer one of the widest collection of figurines and accessories of santons on this site. Some exceptional models (compositions, figurines large can not be shipped, or manufactured unit) are also presented, but will be a particular request. The models are totally made by hand, so pictures on this site are not contractual. The collection size is indicative. Figurines in a collection will be proportional, but the exact size cannot be contractual. Do not hesitate to contact us at commande@santons-fouque.com

You can order our products via our internet site www.santons-fouque.com, or by mail. In the latter case we recommend that you download and print an order form available soon under "Download".

All our prices are ex-works, without treatment costs. Delivery charges (postage + packaging) are your responsibility. Undecorated santons are delivered without accessories. The price of decorated figurines includes accessories.

Order preparation
Your order is processed immediately, subject to the confirmation of payment (see section "Payment") After receipt of payment you will receive a mail message at every stage of order processing (registration, preparation, shipment).

All our shipmens are made via colissimo with a tracking number. If you are not there when delivery occurs, than you will have to get your parcel at your local post office within 15 days, otherwise, the parcel will be shipped back to us and you will have to pay again for a new shipment.

Your order is usually delivered within a maximum of 7 days for delivery in France and 15 days in other cases.
It is your responsibility to check the status of your parcel delivery in the presence of the deliveryman. If the package is damaged, we recommend you refuse the package stating the words "parcel refused because damaged" on the delivery Post Office. If the parcel shows obvious traces of openness and missing one or more items, you must also reject it and mention the postal slip, keep a double and make a finding of spoliation at the Post Office to to initiate a complaint otherwise we will not be able to replace the figurines. We cannot be responsible for delivery problems outside the EC, since we are not able to get in touch with post offices abroad and since some customs may open our parcels and re-wrap our figurines differently than we do. Our tracking number will only inform of status of delivery.
No return of figurines for replacement will occur without first the agreement of the Responsible person at Santons Fouque.

We pledge to fulfill orders received within the limits of available stocks.
Our site is updated in real time depending on our inventory, but in case of unavailability of one or more outstanding products ordered, we will offer to replace the model with another of your choice, or to postpone the expedition the proposed timeframe if stock is only temporary. If none of these proposals does not satisfy you, then we will proceed to refund the amount of the unavailable item.

Payment of purchases made by check or credit card, depending on your choice. The payment is validated upon receipt of the check in case of payment by check, and receipt of additional information in case of payment by credit card require additional checks.
The processing of your order will take place upon receipt of check or validation from the credit card payment at our bank.

Securing credit card
Our online store has been any fraud. Entering information about your credit card is only possible on the secure server of our bank information is encrypted and is not stored unencrypted on the Internet.
