Known and collected throughout the world, the famous sheperd " Coup de Mistral © " is considered, since its creation by Paul Fouque in 1952 as the undisputed masterpiece of the art of Santon. It is the emblem of the House FOUQUE.

Handmade, in strict compliance with the various stages of its manufacture, it requires an assembly of several parts before cooking.

Coup de Mistral is an exclusive creation of the Maison Fouque, model filed with the INPI. A certificate of authenticity is issued for each piece.

His companion, Renaude is also available in all sizes.
